“I am delighted to bring more than 30 years of diverse leadership experience to the Saint Francis Hospital Delaware Care Collaboration (DCC) ACO. I believe strongly in developing and mentoring leaders and have extensive expertise in financial and operational leadership related to single hospital, academic medical center and multi-hospital systems. As a professor of management communication at University Of Pennsylvania Wharton School Of Business, I have worked with managers at all levels, helping them develop the skills they need to be successful.
Although we are a small hospital ACO, I have been in awe of the high level of sophistication, professionalism and teamwork that is carried out daily to ensure that the Delaware Care Collaboration is meeting its Triple Aim mission — to help practices increase the quality of patient care, improving the health of the community and reducing the cost of healthcare."
